What's the minimum order for Etsy products?
There is no strict minimum, but batch production is most cost-effective starting around 10–20 pieces. Single prototypes can also be produced.
Can you do personalized items with different names?
Yes. Personalized and variable-text runs are supported. Each piece can have unique text cut or engraved from the same base design.
What file formats do you accept?
SVG, AI, PDF, and EPS files work best for laser cutting. PNG and JPG can be used for engraving. Files are reviewed before production starts.
How is pricing determined for batch orders?
Pricing depends on material, size, complexity, and quantity. Larger batches generally have a lower per-piece cost. Submit your project for an accurate quote.
