What's the minimum order?
There is no strict minimum. Single prototypes and small test runs are welcome alongside larger batch orders.
Can you do personalized items with different text on each piece?
Yes. Variable-text runs are supported — each piece can have unique names, dates, or messages engraved from the same base design.
What file formats do you accept?
SVG, AI, PDF, and EPS files work best for laser cutting. PNG and JPG can be used for engraving. Files are reviewed before production starts.
How quickly can I get an order back?
Standard turnaround is within 7 days. Rush options are available for tighter deadlines. Turnaround depends on order size and complexity.
